The Perfect Lunch Bag Snack
Did you slice up an apple but by the time your kid opened her lunch it had turned brown (gross). Or the banana you included was mashed by a baseball glove or ballet shoes? Well check these snacks out. They’re called Peeled Snacks. I tried a few of the flavors at a friend’s house (the pineapple is my favorite) and if you are a dried fruit fan they are great. My friend brings them on bike rides, but I thought they would be great as an addition to any kid’s lunch. They are not overly dried so you don’t get the feeling you’re chewing someone else’s old piece of gum. The fruit tastes fresh, is neatly packaged and can be flattened, thrown, sat on or crushed and it will still be edible and taste exactly the same: delicious. The best part: they are organic and don’t have all those crappy additives included. Peeled Snacks are sold in stores throughout the nation, or you can buy them from their website.
